Puppies have greater energy needs due to growth requirements - feed 5-8% of their body weight. Feed 4X per day if less than 4months old, feed 3X per day if less than 6 months old, feed 2X per day if 12 months or older.

Feed Cats 2-3% of their ideal body weight.

 Raw diets contain many ingredients that support skin and coat health, one of the most notable and researched being omega-3 fatty acids. Healthy omega fats play a large role in supporting healthy skin and a soft coat as well as providing anti-inflammatory benefits, perfect for pets with allergies or inflammatory skin diseases. 

Poor dental hygiene can, in some instances, be attributed to a poor diet, especially those that are heavily processed or high in carbohydrates. Natural diets help with dental health and chewing releases dopamine - the brain's happy chemical.

 An effect of having a diet made up of highly digestible ingredients for your pet is that more of what goes in, is absorbed and utilised so less comes out the other end. 

You will notice yourself when you improve your own diet you feel less sluggish and have greater energy. The same is true for your pets when you change them to an all natural raw diet.

Switching your pet to a raw diet is the best decision you can make to provide them with the healthy diet they were designed to thrive on. 

We always recommend a slow introduction to our food over 2 weeks. 

This is to minimise any potential for stomach upsets which can happen if a change in diet is sudden. Keep a close eye on them while they are eating their meals, and monitor their stools during the transitioning period. 

• Phase 1: Begin the transition by first feeding 20% of raw petfood & 80% of the old petfood for 3-5 days. 
• Phase 2: Next, move onto 50% raw petfood & 50% old petfood for another 3-5 days. 
• Phase 3: Then you can advance to 80% raw petfood & 20% old petfood for another 3-5 days.  
• Phase 4: Finally, feed 100% raw petfood

We follow very strict regulations under the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI).

All of the animals supplied to us have a paper trail and we can track exactly where they came from.

All of the carcasses undergo a post mortem examination & are put through our metal detector.
