Complete the Application form (along with photo ID) & exam to be able to supply us wild game.  

Your registration is valid for 2 years.  Please provide us with your Bank account details when you first supply us carcasses.

The Landowner Form is valid for 3 months and is a declaration for any poison used on the property you are harvesting wild game from. Please see the reverse side which outlines withholding periods.  

The Animal Supply Statement is required to be completed every time you bring animals in. 

The GPS coordinates of the property you are harvesting from are required for your supply forms.   Type the address into Google maps and right click the red marker to find this information.
